How to Make Felted Soap

Felted SoapsUse wool roving wound in geometric felt patterns to make a lovely exfoliating bar of soap. Wool roving is yarn that has been drawn out and slightly twisted in preparation for spinning.

The felting process shrinks and sticks the wool onto the surface with nothing more than water. Other items can be felted as well; but that's a topic for other tutorials!

It's easy and fun to make these colorful little gifts. I put mine in a cellophane bag tied with a bow for gifting.

Here are the instructions for making the Felted Soap Bars.

I got my order very fast. I’m very happy with my order. They look really cute, carefully made with attention to details. Love the pattern, which is very elegant and very like this kind of cotton yarn with colorful splashes.

I’m going to use them for my face, they are soft and can be used even on delicate skin. The size is just perfect for my small hands. They will be nice addition to my handmade soaps.

Thank you Eileen!! I very appreciate your work put into making these little things.
