I think cooking is an art like any other, and especially when you give a dish some special artistic twist like this clever cheese ball hors d'oeuvre.The construction take a bit of patience, but these little guys are really fun to make and the recipe is very simple.

Big carrot pieces can be served alongside and the little bits go into soup or whatever.
