Our Lady of Guadalupe Christmas Scene Diorama Ornament
The shape of the female peg person suggested Jesus' mother Mary to me, especially clothed as she appeared to the peasant Juan Diego in Mexico as the Virgin of Guadalupe.
The wooden peg people come in five shapes and sizes and could be used to create characters like Santa & Mrs. Santa, a penguin, nutcracker, drummer boy, toy soldier, baby Jesus or a group of elves.
