Creative Dreamer June Crawford got me to thinking (as she so frequently does) when she started an interesting thread on what constitutes kindness these days. Have we diluted the concept with "random acts of kindness" and little anonymously distributed cards that say "You're perfect just the way you are?"I know there are many kind and generous people among my regular readers and subscribers because you’ve told me about some of your pet projects and because you've shown me so many kindnesses personally.
You might want to head on over to June’s to weigh in on this topic as well. If you do that – which would be very kind of you – please leave me a note below letting me know. I’d love to hear that I motivated you to contribute to this important discussion.
The weekend is coming, so please come back Monday for my thoughts on Kindness and Crafting for Charity.
Weekends are reserved for our link roundups and swaps. They give me a little break and allow me to share what my crafty blogging friends have been up to lately. Yay!

I *do* feel like kindness has been somewhat diluted. I'm always torn between wanting to help everyone a little bit vs helping a few people really really well...you know what I mean?
ReplyDeleteI sure do, Cyndi. Is it humanly possible to feel that we ever do enough?! There is always so much need.
