Sorry, no. I've got some articles on Painting Dresses and one on Beading Sandals but none about painting sneakers.

I found a series of videos on eHow that might help you: How to Paint and Decorate Sneakers. I haven't viewed the videos myself yet, but it looks like a pretty comprehensive course.
