How to Decoupage Wall Tiles

Hello,

I am remodeling my bathroom. From my travels I have some wonderful photos that I would like to decoupage onto tiles. Can these tiles then be used in a tiled shower?

If so, what process would you recommend? If not, could they be used elsewhere in the bathroom?
