How to Fuse Decals to Glass

I need your expertise and advice.

I would like to place decals on the bottom of a glass paperweight. I want the image to be seen from of course the top. The glass I am using can be oven baked. I like the idea of heat fused decals as they look nice on glass. Is there a procedure to accomplish this?

Yes there is. I just finished a series of experiments to home "cure" Lazertran Inkjet Waterslide Decals. I used the inkjet version since most of my readers have inkjet printers. After much trial and error, I got some very good results fusing the decals onto ceramic tiles in my home oven. The method is also suitable for glass and metal.
