I made these lovely Ceramic Raku Bead Earrings from a kit I purchased at Tammy Powley’s Etsy store. This kit is an example of a well thought out and put together craft kit (unlike the Tote Bag Kit I whined about a while back).
The kit came all done up in pretty tissue paper in a jewelry box tied with a purple ribbon. If I wanted to “gift” the earrings, I would be all set. But I’m keeping these myself!
The earring kit even came with extra parts. Yes really … there were extra head pins in case I should mess one up in the making. I did too! I guess my wire working skills have gone rusty. This was a good refresher course.
I bought just the kit, but Tammy also offers it with instructions for those new to jewelry making.

Extra parts.... wow, and good instructions too? That sounds like a kit worth buying!
I used one of Tammy's kits too, and I thought it was extremely well done :-)
